I must admit, I never thought of myself as a blogger. On hearing that someone is a "blogger", I would immediately think, "Well she obviously has NOTHING better to do with her time!" And now, I find myself writing the third sentence of my own blog:)
I guess what has sparked the idea of blogging is talking to friends (married and single) and youth at church about relationships and my points of view on them. I started reading Steve Harvey's book "Act like a Lady, Think like a Man" today and have found that I can't put it down! He has given me such a refreshing, simple view on men and what makes them tick. So in essence, I can thank him for starting my own blog. So today I found the need to start chatting people about men, women, love... All the good stuff! I want to hear anyone else's take on relationships and what experiences they have had. Hope to get some responses soon!:)

To me this is a very interesting topic which you've opened for discussion, I believe you can have endless comments in here, there is no single person with no experience with men,women or even both, love is ma favourite part.
From what I see in men surrounding me, we usually fall in true love once, and that love usually never ends happily, a man with a broken heart mostly, right after that we turn into the other kind of person which girls don't like (players, no commitments, lyres...etc)
at the end ofcourse we get engaged, or even get married, love our women and all, but it is never ever like that first love that changed us.
In my experience, I have loved a girl back when I was at the university, we had great two years together,shared love and great memories, so many promises that we have made of sticking to each other no matter what.
I graduated and travelled to UAE, her father kept pushing on her "race issue", she dumped me in less that 1 month.
I truly loved that girl, and since then I was not able to fall in love again, no matter how I try it can never feel the same way as that true first love.
Boring writing I know :P but you wanted to see some comments, so here you go :)
